OUR PHILOSOPHY OF STAFF AND LEADERS
The role of our Senior Pastor is to administer both spiritual and administrative functions in the Church, direct, raise leaders, teach the Word and be a model disciple and disciple-maker.
The role of our staff members is the same as that of the Senior Pastor within that staff members defined area of ministry. In case the Senior Pastor or any staff member leaves, the Church will hire only the pastor /staff who agrees without reservation to:
Our Church’s doctrinal statement.
Our Church’s single purpose of making disciples.
Our philosophy of ministry of how we make disciples.
The role of our lay leaders is to model discipleship, to grow in their own ministry skills and equip the rest of the flock for ministry by discipling them to.
All staff, policy makers, pastoral search committee members, volunteer workers and group leaders must be growing disciples committed to the Church’s doctrinal statement and philosophy.
The Church will recognise several gifts as equally important as leadership gifts in building a healthy disciple-making Church.
